Connect when the class starts by using Zoom, which you can use directly from your device, whether that be phone, tablet, or computer. You’ll be able to join us from wherever you are to pause and meditate with our teachers and other like-minded students.

Each session will also provide you the opportunity to interact with your teacher and have any questions or problems answered. We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience as we guide you along your meditation journey.

 

How the Online Classes work:

  • You choose which class you want to begin with, from our schedule below (all times are automatically displayed in your time zone).

  • You decide how many classes you wish to join: Individual bookings are $5 for 30 minutes or you can opt to use your membership. This is $24.99 monthly or $199.99 annually. Even if you have a subscription, please ensure you book your space so you can receive the details of the session.

  • We email you a link to join each class you book a space for shortly before class begins.

  • You click the link just before the class starts and enjoy a thoroughly immersive meditative experience.

Private One-on-One Sessions

At the end of class, you have more questions than there is time to answer. Maybe you’re frustrated with your meditation practice, or maybe you have a habit you can’t seem to break or a barrier you can’t seem to overcome.

A one-on-one, private session with one of our instructors is an excellent way to get answers to your questions and advance your practice. All sessions can be held over the phone or via Zoom.
